Enter for a chance to have your poem featured on our website. Winners in each category will also receive a free book!
Age divisions: 10-13
18 & up
Entry deadline: April 22
Entries judged by library staff. Winners announced at the Poetry Café on April 28.
Poem must be the original work of the stated author.
Entries must be typed or printed legibly and turned in to a library staff member.
Do not put your name on the poem itself. You must attach an entry form to your submission. Download the entry form here or pick up a form at the library.
Writers Club is on hold for now, but you’re always welcome to drop by the library Teen Zone to chat about writing or share something you’ve been working on!
